Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026. Terms governing the use of broRacks Payments platform and API services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using broRacks Payments ("broRacks", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. Merchant Account Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their API credentials (sk_live_...) and account passwords. All actions taken under your account are your sole responsibility.
3. Permitted Transactions & Prohibited Activities
You agree to use broRacks solely for lawful business transactions. Fraudulent activities, money laundering, unauthorized gambling, or illegal sales are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to Ugandan authorities.
4. Fees & Settlement
broRacks deducts transaction fees automatically upon successful collection (3.0% standard rate). Wallet funds may be withdrawn to registered Mobile Money accounts subject to security verifications.
